We do not transmit, log, or save your customer records, billing addresses, tax IDs, or invoice line items to our database.

Unlike traditional cloud accounting SaaS suites that require complete database storage of your accounts receivable and business contacts, ToolHub provides zero-retention client-side utilities. We do not store:
- Your customer names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
- Your company revenue numbers, item pricing, or product descriptions.
- Your bank account details, IFSC, SWIFT, UPI IDs, or payment accounts.
- Your handwritten digital signatures or cryptographic hash keys.
2. Information Automatically Collected (Log Data)
Like most modern web platforms, our servers automatically log standard technical information transmitted by your web browser when visiting our website. This includes:
- Your device’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.
- Browser type, language preference, and operating system version.
